How much does the Agile Clinic (TM) cost?
The maximum price is currently set at $15000.00. However, the actual price will depend on a number of factors including which partner coaches run the clinic. The pricing is such that your organization will likely be able to approve the purchase using discretionary funds without extensive contract negotiations.
Can we get less than one day?
The smallest increment is one day at one site. However, if your organization is small, you might consider hosting the Agile Clinic (TM) and sharing the cost with another organization. In this case, there will be a modest additional fee for each additional organization due to the need for our coaches to review the case information and the administrative overhead. Generally, the Agile Clinic (TM) is meant of larger groups and organizations, typically of 150 or more people.
How do I know that it will be worth it?
To make the Agile Clinic (TM) effective, the single most important factor is the willingness of people to act upon the recommendations that come out of the Agile Clinic (TM). Just like with a doctor, you can choose to follow the advice or not. Fortunately, unlike most doctors, the parter coaches who participate in the Agile Clinic (TM) are usually available for ongoing coaching support.
How often should we hold an Agile Clinic (TM) at our location?
While there is no absolute answer to this, we do recommend scheduling an Agile Clinic (TM) on a regular basis. If you are getting other support such as coaching or training, you may only need an Agile Clinic (TM) every few months.
How long does it take to schedule?
Once financial approval is in place and the self-assessments from your organization have been completed, we can organize an Agile Clinic (TM) in as little as two weeks. Since we attempt to arrange an ideal match between the partner coaches and your situation, there may be a longer lag depending on coach availability. We will work with you to find the best balance between timelines and coach fit.
Can we participate in the choice of coaches?
All our coaches are seasoned master-level professionals. So yes, you can participate in their selection, but only indirectly through the assessments and your urgency/coach availability. However, we will ultimately choose who to send to your site. Due to the extremely busy nature of our coaches we cannot schedule time in advance for interviews or other screening procedures. If you are interested to see who we work with, most of the coaches we work with have online profiles.

How do I know if the Agile Clinic (TM) is right for us?
The Agile Clinic (TM) is designed for organizations that are six months or more into the process of implementing an Agile method, and who are deep into the challenges of working with these methods. As well, it is generally more suitable for organizations of 150 people or more.
